Fam, the Writer’s Guild of America sent out the call to protest Disney/ABC today for pulling Jimmie Kimmel’s show off the air for comments he made about Ch*rlie K*rk.
Trust and believe, this isn’t just about Jimmie Kimmel. It’s about our right to free speech.
And as a WGA member and a lifelong writer-storyteller, I had to go march in solidarity to protect the rights of ALL PEOPLE to tell our stories.
No matter our creed, race or status.
Point blank.
Period.
