Fam, there’s a quote that Dr. Martin Luther King is credited for saying, and I like this remix the best —

Faith is not seeing the whole staircase, but you still take the first step. 

This for sure is my testimonie with my podcuseries, #WorksNProgress. 

When I and my team set out on this journey to create it, I didn’t know what to expect. In fact, I purposefully went into this as the Baptist-Buddhist I am with no expectations.

All I clung to was that I wanted to inspire diverse storytellers to tell their stories. 

And I hoped it would resonate with some folks, because I – after 28 years in the Hollywood game – also needed inspiration myself. 

Now three months and 13,000 views later, your comments, likes and shares are giving me life and letting me know I just might be on to something. 😊
