Fam, family is everything.
My niece, Khila, here as a 6-year-old, just celebrated her 19th birthday two days ago and on March 4, my dad will have been with the ancestors for five years.
So glad he got to shower Khila with his love while he could and I’m so grateful I get to pick up loving her where he left off as her Auntie Monie.
