Fam, today I got to achieve two wonderful things…
I clocked 11,049 steps striking at #Paramount AND I met Daria Polatin IRL for the first time.
Daria is a playwright, TV writer/producer, author and creator-showrunner of the Devil in Ohio Netflix Series – 2022, and I first connected with her 3 years ago when I was paired to have virtual coffee with her through Hollywood Here‘s #RaisethePercentage.
It was the beginning days of Covid and everything was so uncertain. But Daria helped me remain hopeful when she gave me supportive, real talk about breaking into the dramatic TV industry.
And after staying in touch over the years, I couldn’t wait to tell her when I got my first TV staff writing job this year thanks to her strategic advice! I’m so grateful I met her.
