Fam, as we enter the third week of our #writersstrike, some of you may be wondering what all the fuss is about.
Writers don’t have real jobs, right? We get paid ridiculous amounts of money to quickly and expertly make stuff up. So, how dare we cry about fair working conditions, living wages and sustainable career paths to survive during the chronic down periods?
Well, I’m not gonna argue with you. Instead, answer me this: Do you have a favorite TV show or movie that instantly lifts your spirts, transports you to another time or place or helps you feel seen?
