A modern update of #LoveAndBasketball meets #YouveGotMail, #SACKED is a sports romantic comedy about Briana, a young woman determined to get recognition for grandfather as the unofficial “colored” quarterback for her hometown Chicago team in the 1950s. But she gets distracted when she creates a crowd-funding campaign to buy out the team’s struggling quarterback's contract while they fall for each other's secret identities online.
